Who is responsible for your information?
Tyler Brinkworth Photography ("TBP", "I", "me" or "my") is responsible for the personal information described here. I am based in Haverhill, Suffolk and can be contacted at contact@tylerbrinkworth.co.uk.
What I collect
I only collect information needed to respond to, plan and deliver photography work, or to run the private client gallery service. This can include:
- your name, email address and the information you send in a photography enquiry;
- shoot details such as date, location, ideas, requirements and budget context;
- account details for the Private Client Gallery, including your email address and account identifier;
- gallery titles, notes and Lightroom share links assigned to your account; and
- a testimonial you choose to submit.
The website does not take card payments or collect payment card information.
How I use it
Your information is used to reply to enquiries, discuss and manage a shoot, create and manage client gallery access, deliver the agreed service and handle any follow-up you request.
I rely on the steps needed to respond to your request and perform an agreed photography service. Where I use information to run and protect the site and client area, I do so for legitimate business and security reasons. I will ask first if I ever need consent for a separate purpose.
Services that help run TBP
TBP uses trusted service providers to operate parts of the website and client experience. These currently include the website hosting provider, Supabase for secure account authentication and client gallery records, and Adobe Lightroom for photography gallery delivery. They process information only as needed to provide their services. A Lightroom gallery may open on Adobe Lightroom’s own platform and is also subject to its privacy information.
How long information is kept
I keep enquiries and shoot records only for as long as needed to respond, manage the working relationship, meet legal or accounting obligations and resolve queries. Private gallery access is intended as a long-term secure archive, not a promise of permanent online access. Accounts and gallery records can be removed when they are no longer needed or when deletion is appropriate.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You can also ask a question about how your data is used.
Email contact@tylerbrinkworth.co.uk and I will respond as soon as reasonably possible. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your information has been handled.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when TBP’s services or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be available on this page.
